Goal
Look nearer or further ahead: only what is coming this month, or the whole year ahead.
Audience
All members of the building.
Prerequisites
- Be on the Dashboard (see Read your dashboard).
Steps
-
Find the "Analysis period" bar, above the cards.
-
Click one of the four periods. The selected button turns white, with purple text:
- This month: the coming month, starting today;
- 3 months (default): the next 3 months;
- 6 months: the next 6 months;
- Year: the next 12 months.

-
The cards and the list update right away:
- To do and the list: interventions scheduled up to the end of the period;
- Completed: interventions closed over the same length of time, looking back (for example, the last 3 months for "3 months").
What the period never hides
Overdue interventions always stay visible, whatever the period: an overdue item does not disappear because you are looking at the coming month. Routine repairs that are still open are also always shown, whatever their date.
Tips and common errors
- Rolling period: "This month" does not stop at the end of the calendar month; it covers the month following today's date.
- Choice remembered: the selected period is kept for each building, in this browser. It is kept when you open a record and come back to the dashboard.
- In the export: the export states the period (for example "To do for the next 3 months" and "Period: Next 3 months"); see Export your dashboard.
- On a phone: the four periods are shown as two rows of two buttons.
- List too long: narrow the period to "This month" to keep only what is immediate.
