Contact the board of directors

Find your syndicate's administrators in the "Board of directors" card of the dashboard and write to them in one click.

Goal

Know who administers the building and write to them: a question about an intervention, an access to request, a problem to report.

Prerequisites

Be a member of the building.
Have an email app set up on the device (for the "Contact" button).

Steps

Open the Dashboard and scroll to the very bottom of the page.
The "Board of directors" card shows "Your syndicate's administrators — your point of contact.", then one block per administrator: their initial and name.
Click "Contact" next to the name. Your email app opens with a new message addressed to that administrator.
Write and send your message from your email.

Why only administrators?

To protect co-owners' privacy, the app does not show every member's contact details to everyone. Only the administrators, the syndicate's official point of contact, are named to all members.
