Goal
Permanently delete a routine repair, for example a duplicate or a report made by mistake.
Audience
Administrator only.
Prerequisites
- Be an administrator; open the routine repair to delete.
Steps
-
Open the routine repair's record (outside edit mode) and click the red "Delete" button, to the left of "Edit".
-
A confirmation appears: "Delete "(title)"?", followed by what will be deleted with it: checklist (n), photos (n), documents (n), comments (n).

-
Click "Delete" to confirm, or "Cancel". After confirming, the record closes and the repair disappears from the list.
Permanent deletion
Deletion is immediate and irreversible: there is no trash. For a finished repair, prefer the Closed status, so the history stays in the logbook.
Tips and common mistakes
- Cascade: deleting a repair also removes its checklist, photos, documents and comments; the count is shown before you confirm.
- Keep the history: for Law 16 traceability, closing is often better than deleting.
